Delivery Times & Conditions

Delivery terms are shown at checkout under each available shipping option.

📦 Processing time: 2–3 business days.
🚚 Delivery within Sweden: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
🌍 International delivery: 5–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier

If a specific item has a longer delivery time, this will be indicated on the product page.

Delivery Delays & Order Cancellation

If we become aware of a delay, we’ll notify you by email.

We always do our utmost to fulfill every order, but in rare cases, factors beyond our control—such as supplier or carrier issues—may affect delivery times. We reserve the right to disclaim liability for compensation in the event of delivery delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order.

To check the exact shipping cost before purchasing, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Carriers & Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your delivery takes longer than expected:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you entered an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you may be charged an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.

International Orders & Customs Fees

For orders outside Sweden, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the regulations in your country.
These charges are paid by the recipient, and unfortunately, we have no control over these additional costs.
