You are at a trade show or standing behind the market table. Someone picks up your business card, smiles, and puts it in a pocket – where it stays. With a QR code on the holder, the visitor can scan it there and then and land on your site while the interest is still warm. 💛

Why people choose our business card holder with a QR code

• The sign swaps in seconds. New web address, new campaign page or a new company name – you order a new sign, not a new holder.
• No sticker that peels off. The QR code is not glued on; it is formed in the material itself, black against white. It will not wear away in the show bag.
• Room for a whole stack. The slot takes around 35–40 business cards and fits both the Swedish standard 85 × 55 mm and the American 89 × 51 mm.
• Angled panel. The sign leans back 15° so the code meets the visitor's phone at the right angle.

How to order

1. Fill in the web address for the QR code in the field Webbadress för QR-koden – the full address, for example https://yourcompany.com. It can just as well be a campaign page, your booking page or your Instagram.
2. Write what you want underneath the code in Rad 1 and Rad 2 (line 1 and line 2). Most people put the company name on the first line and the web address on the second.
3. Choose Holder with sign or Extra sign and add it to the basket.

How many characters fit

The text is not printed on the surface but formed in the plastic itself, and that puts a physical limit on how thin the letters can get. What we recommend:

• No more than 12 characters per line, spaces and full stops included.
• In CAPITALS the limit is 11 – capital letters take more room.
• Skip the www. in the web address. yourcompany.com comes out considerably sharper than www.yourcompany.com.

We would rather be straight about what happens if the line runs longer: the text is shrunk to fit, and eventually the strokes get so thin that the letters run together and the holes in e and a close up. It simply does not look good.

Would you rather have the QR code on its own?

Leave Rad 1 and Rad 2 empty and you get a clean sign with only the QR code centred on the white surface. That is often the better-looking choice when the company name is long – and the code still takes the visitor to the right place.

Size and material

The holder measures 135 × 64 mm on the table and stands 70 mm tall. The sign is 52 × 62 mm with a 38 × 38 mm QR code and room for two lines of text. We 3D print it in our workshop on the Östergötland plain.
