Norrgården Custom Woodworking is a brand used for our webshop and marketing. Whenever “Norrgården Custom Woodworking” is mentioned in our terms and policies, it refers to the legal entity Ililo Consulting AB.
Returns Policy (30 Days)
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back. Please note: we cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.

Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions – Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for the following:
❌ Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved pieces or special orders)
❌ Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? The fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
If you are purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days for any reason. As with returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of purchases. For example, it does not apply to custom-made items such as our personalized engraved products.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@norrgarden.shop.
