Slate Coasters – Vikings, Set of Four

Four coasters, four Norse motifs

A set of four slate coasters: the shieldmaiden with her braids, the Viking ship under sail in heavy seas, the warrior with a horned helmet and round shield, and the rower forcing his way through the breakers.

Four pictures from the same world, not four copies of the same face.

Slate can handle the long table

It's the same stone they put on roofs. Heavy, cool, and unbothered by hot cups and rings from cold glasses. The engraving is burned into the stone, not printed on top, so it won't wear off when you wash them.
