Do you have a part that can no longer be bought? An idea that needs to be physical before it can be tested? Or a workshop solution nobody manufactures, because only you need it?
In our workshop in Fivelstad outside Motala the 3D printer runs side by side with the laser. We make parts to order – from a single one-off to smaller series. Send us a finished file, a sketch, a measurement or the broken part you want copied, and we take care of the rest.
What we do
Spare parts & custom details
The part that broke, is discontinued or has a three-month lead time. If you still have the original – or just the measurements – we draw it up and print a new one.
Prototypes & test pieces
Before you order tooling or place a larger order it is cheap to hold the idea in your hand. We print test pieces so you can check fit and function, and adjust until it works.
Fixtures, jigs & templates
Jigs, templates, protective details and holders for measuring tools. The things nobody sells ready-made, because they only fit your production.
Stands, holders & display
Stands for signs and plaques, drawer inserts, retail and trade-show displays – made to the exact dimensions you have.
Trade-show & branded details
Details for your stand, ideally combined with laser-engraved text or a logo in wood, slate, metal or leather.
We do the CAD for you
You don't need a CAD file to order. Send a hand-drawn sketch with measurements, a physical part to be copied, or simply a description of what the part needs to do.

On heat resistance: we don't promise what we haven't tested. If the part will sit near a heat source, in an engine bay or in a car parked in the sun – get in touch and we'll make a test piece and try it in your environment before running a series.
How it works
Quote
Send a file, a sketch, measurements or a photo of the part. You get pricing and material suggestions, usually within one business day.
Drawing & test piece
We draw the part and send an image for approval. If needed we print a sample so you can check the fit yourself.
Production
We manufacture in our workshop in Fivelstad. Normal lead time is 3–10 business days depending on size and quantity.
Delivery
Shipped to you or collected here. If the part needs engraved text or a logo we add it before it ships.
Examples from the workshop
A jig for on-site engraving at Grillkung
When we engraved grills on site at Grillkung we designed and printed our own jig that held every grill in exactly the right position. The result: identical placement on every unit, and a job that could be run at pace without re-measuring.
A stand for slate plaques
Our engraved slate plaques needed a stable stand that takes the weight and holds the plaque at the right angle. We designed and printed it ourselves – a clear example of how printed parts and engraving complement each other.
Better together with engraving
The most useful results often come when the two techniques meet: a 3D-printed holder with an engraved wooden detail, a trade-show stand with the logo engraved in slate, a prototype where the name plate is laser-cut rather than printed.

FAQ
What does a 3D-printed part cost?
It depends on size, material, quantity and how much design work is needed. Send your file or idea and we'll come back with a quote, usually within one business day.
What file formats do you accept?
STL, STEP, 3MF and OBJ. No file? A sketch, measurements or the physical part works just as well.
How large a part can you print?
Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. Larger designs are split and joined.
Can the parts be used outdoors?
Yes, in ASA – it is UV and weather resistant and keeps its colour and strength outdoors year round. PLA we recommend for indoor use only.
Can you print small series?
Yes, from a single item to smaller series. If you need hundreds of parts we'll look together at whether 3D printing is the right method or whether something else is better and cheaper.
Who owns the drawing?
Your design is yours. Drawings and files we create for you are yours to use freely – we don't resell them.
Can you engrave what you print?
We're happy to combine printed parts with engraved wood, slate, metal or leather. Direct engraving in plastic we assess case by case.
