Orders & Payment

All prices are based in SEK (Swedish kronor) and automatically converted to the selected currency in our store.
VAT is included for customers within the EU. For customers outside the EU, such as in the USA or Canada, VAT is not applied.

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including credit/debit cards and other available checkout options.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery

Customized and engraved items are made to order and normally shipped within 2–3 business days.

Standard delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

International deliveries take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer in the event of a voluntary return.

If your return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order products, such as engraved or personalized items.

Complaints & Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect.
